First on her quest to motherhood, she romanced a dark and mysterious stranger, dropping him soon after to care for the children by herself. This was fine with Eclipse, who was more suited to a solitary lifestyle and not eager to start a family.

Note: For her growing family, she has rebuilt the abandoned observatory that once sat atop the complex that contains the Inn she has been living in for the longest time.




Her innermost wish had been to have children of her own. However, her short romance with a dark and mysterious stranger led to a complicated egg laying, and though she ended up gifted with three beautiful hatchlings, Janani had difficulties during the laying and nesting period and went to a professional healer for help shortly after her kids had hatched. His verdict shattered her heart: she would never be able to lay eggs again.

Distraught, she listened as the healer explained to her that the condition that plagued her appeared to be hereditary and targeted drakainas specifically. This meant, while her son Leor might be able to have several nests, her daughters would have to live with a single one, if they managed to lay any eggs at all. The same would apply to all female members of her bloodline.

After this, she held onto her children more than ever, and as a result, their family became a close-knit one, living in an abandoned observatory that they refurbished once her children had started families of their own. They all visit each other frequently, and hope to receive many letters if their children ever decide to move out into the world.
