Patchi

Patchi is quite an interesting business man as he sells and makes poisons and poison antidotes. He could be considered a healer. Technically he never poisons anyone and he is well educated on different types of animal bites, deadly berries, and actual poisons. If you get poisoned, go get "Patched up" or so he so remarks every time he gets a visit. He is definitely the kookiest of the Aethers and most likely to mislabel poison bottles and potions with his own Aether term though I'm sure labels that say "Instant Death" or "Numb tongue" rather than the official name might just be helpful to those unaware of what the poison's side effects are.

Patchi often works with Glimmer who and Hazel, giving vacancies and dispensing the medicines that dragons and familiars. Patchi is not a doctor so he can't just give cures to anyone whenever unless they have a doctor's note. Though if you plan on keeping that doctor's note long term it might be hard as Patchi often eats the scripts. Glimmer usually starts writing scripts on laminated cards or stone tablets which she isn't fond of but if it will stop Patchi from eating all the notes she finds it worth it.

In the meantime, Patchi spends his hours testing poisons and potions sometimes with Scarlett as he too has a field-testing sight to test his own potions. For experimental trials for extremely sick dragons however, Patchi resorts to volunteers. He is better a poisonous medicines and vaccines but these experimental trials are more of his own testing like Scarlett when he can't use plants and he usually tries to find better alternatives if he can before attempting the treatment.

There are a few lesser experiments that are always safe to ingest (it won't kill anyone) though the side effects can occur though they are more embarrassing than anything. These are medicines Patchi is allowed to prescribe like cough drops though for quick results any dragon can attempt one of Patchi's experiments. Some side effects include discolored skin, endless hiccups, and that numb tongue from before. Unfortunately for them they might just have to make another doctor's appointment but lucky for Patchi he gets more business.
