Kroth has always been known for her maternal nature. Ever since she was a young hatchling, they always had an interest in every egg, larvae, pupa and caterpillars of her adoptive family, she even began learning how to teach them draconic! But...Some time ago, a large portion of this was lost when the group was caught in the path of a wildfire. Resulting in the loss of several nests, and a fear Kroth would carry for the rest of her life. It took some time, but she returned to her maternal, optimistic nature as the nests and populations recovered, though her fears and anxieties still remain, as much as she tries to hide them from the youngest of the group.

Kroth has an amazing Mom Voice, which they use on the children they care for... but she also forgets to turn it off- and has thus startled many a well meaning creature by shouting their name in that tone without even realizing the mistake. It can make for a funny story afterwards, but it's always awkward to walk away from I'm sure.
