Biography
Akot keeps a collection of loooooong things, like ribbons and celebratory rugs. Similarly her preferences in books tend to be long in length. Dictionaries can keep the Aether occupied, but nothing beats an epic.
Akot would create epics of grand duration for the stage if not for Jarrab constantly reminding her that keeping an audience attentive for a whole day was a mammoth task in its own right, and Ziirylev imploring that Akot read her scripts without eating them.
After the Stanzascale clan's displacement accident, Ziirylev returned to the clan with settled temporalty for the time being as it were, and started acquiring scripts for the clan's library to study. The Pearlcatcher was developing an interest in fresh branch of literature.
Akot and Jarrab had been seeking a suitable location to stage plays. Rumour of a reputed writer and the trail of glowing mushrooms led them to the clan's threshold.
Jarrab encourages exploration of ideas and interpretations, even in those helping out behind the scenes. Meanwhile Akot is the sort to be disappointed by delayed and cancelled shows, and balances her mate's freeform moments with a need to schedule things so they happen before the next time Arcanist breaks the world...So long as she doesn't eat her own to do lists.
