Biography

Radiant
Calm of the Fight

───────────────

"Peace! Yes, peace. Things would be so much easier. Ignore that silly phrase about how peace creates the weak. Don't we want our future generations to grow up happy, without worry for anything else?"

Radiant is a pacifist to a certain degree. He only wishes for the world to one day be at peace, some form of harmony that wouldn’t revolve into a war. He knows that it’s more like a dream though, but that doesn’t mean he’d do nothing to help out his community.

Despite his childhood training in the art of combat, Radiant has never been one for violence. No, he would rather end it than start it. Even the sight of blood has him recoil. Radiant isn't the best at speaking, but he makes an effort to make his actions understood. He can't comfort a hatchling. However, he can offer them bandages and snacks. The same goes for a full-grown dragon. So long as he has the chance, he'll do what he can for even a mere acquaintance.

The second and youngest of Skyfall and Mellow's third nest, Radiant's peace-loving nature was obvious early on. He preferred techniques that would let him disarm an opponent, and when it came to picking out a weapon, he preferred those that would require some effort to land any form of killing blow, compared to a blade or extremely heavy tool. Rambunctious hatchlings in the neighborhood found Radiant trying to mediate brewing fights, for better or for worse; it took him a long time to get a handle over his words, and even then, he was very, very far from the best at them.

Radiant of the present has become better at keeping the peace wherever he is. Taking advantage of his strength, he is the physical barrier when two snarling dragons get too worked up, and he's proud to help out and keep everybody from being covered in wounds. Wishing to help out in less calm Lairs, Radiant heads for the mainland — the Windswept Plateau — to do put his learnings to use.

Exalting Radiant to the service of the Windsinger will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
