About Me

Greetings. My name is Morte, hence the dragon being named Mortis to distinguish between player and creature. I joined this game thanks to a good friend of mine.

In regards to friend requests, if we’ve never spoken before, you’re welcome to drop by my PMs and say hello first! That way I know it wasn’t a misclick. But if it was a misclick, please let me know about that too! I’ve done it before myself, so no worries.

This is Lair only exalts its own dragons. I think of exalting as a dragon honing their skills to a point that they believe they can dedicate themself to working directly with Windsinger. They send their information on the winds, and once it’s approved, they fly away to join him on his journey. Some will fight, and others will create the music and clouds we experience the next day. Dominance is not entirely battle, after all.

If you have exalted a dragon I have given to you, please tell me with the closest date you can recall so that I can write it down (better yet, let me know before you do, and then I can write a lore blurb about it in their parents' Bios). I like getting new ideas from different Clans when references are fine with the writer! If the dragon was from the Divine Shrine hatchery, I would like for you to consider the option of sending them back here so that their journey can continue, but I can't force you to do anything. Sometimes, the journey moves on to a new book rather than a new chapter unexpectedly.
