 Seelie is a strange tundra. Not properly a member of any of the clans in the area, she seems to appear and vanish in their territory at random. When asked questions about herself, she answers only in riddles. It is unclear if Seelie is even her real name, or just some sort of title. She has never done the clans active harm, and at times has even been helpful, so her presence is tolerated when she deigns to grace a clan with it.

One of the first things dragons tend to notice about the tundra is that she is completely blind, her eyes filmy with cataracts. However, thanks to her keen senses of smell and hearing she always knows exactly what is going on around her, and has an uncanny way of looking straight through you as if her unseeing eyes can bore right into your head to read your thoughts. Though she doesn't look or act old, she radiates a sense of calculated intelligence that can at times be unnerving, and speaks ancient wisdom as if she had earned it through her own experience. In spite of this, she is not a serious creature as one might expect. No, on the contrary she is quite mischievous, at times pulling pranks that would be endlessly irksome if they weren't mildly terrifying in their implications... One dragon swore she reversed his feet for an hour, for example. No one really knows how she does some of the things she does, as even for a creature as soaked in magic as a dragon, her abilities defy the bounds of what should be possible.

Seelie has a particular affinity for the leader of Clan Siofra, Changling, and has occasionally been found speaking with him in a language no other dragons of the clan recognize...
This dragon is permanently a triple-basic tundra! Please do not suggest scries. =)
