Duskrose

MATED TO WHISPERING DUNE

Duskrose and her brood-sister, Micantia, are quite full of their self-importance as princesses of the lair, Dusk being mated as well to one of the Firstsons of the clan matriarch. They can be quite a handful at times, a situation not helped by their mother's encouragement. Dusk has now waved off no fewer than seven offspring to direct service with the goddess, and is overweeningly proud. Micantia sometimes chides her snippily that it is only because nobody could stand their common colouring, but Dusk knows her sister is only jealous, and just smiles.

Duskrose is the rather more ebullient and mischievous of the two sisters. She often accompanies WhisperingDune on his adventures, but as the older and more experienced fighter, he sometimes has to force her back to the lair for her own safety.

The Harvest Floracat became a Snowsquall Floracat with the change of season.
The Coatl Umbraura rescued the turkey from the food stores when Duskrose was a hatchling, but it took a shine to the little dragon and follows her about everywhere, so that everyone can hear the dragon coming from the accompanying 'gobble gobble gobble'.
