Tutorial Hi. I'm Volvox. I'm what's called a Workshop Tank. I am a Tank trainer paired with a Workshop Mage, Flint. We are built to take 1 trainee into the Golem Workshop or Forbidden Portal. Below, I'm going to walk you through how to properly use my moveset and things to look out for while we train in the Venues. Click the skills on the left to read in more detail about them! Please make sure when you put me in your party that my Mage Partner goes first so they can take their turns first. When we first start the venue we should aim for any mob pack less than three physical attackers. If my Mage Partner can't Rally me the first time, feel free to use Rally on me. This boosts my attack. Next I need to use Scratch 6 times to build enough Breath, or MP in other games, to use Eliminate. Eliminate is a special skill that does 3x the damage of scratch and if I kill an enemy with this skill, I get all my breath back! My usual tactic is to be Rally by my partner and Scratch one enemy until it dies, I will Scratch the other mobs once each before using Scratch one final time on either of the mobs. By 5 turns, Rally will fall off. I will need to Rally myself or get a Rally from my partner, as all enemies in these venues require a Scratch + Rally Eliminate to kill. This is the first mob pack. Once they are dead, I should have enough Breath to Rally once, and then Scratch Eliminate every enemy to death except bosses. Use Shred on bosses every now and again to give them Bleed damage. When faced with a new pack of monsters, try to Scratch Eliminate the Physical Attackers first, then take out the Magic Attackers second. You can tell the difference after some time in the venue when the monsters either use scratch or meditate on their first turn. As we fight, I'll get hit and start running low on health. If I have extra breath, ask me to use Sap to gain back some health. Beware it uses breath and using it too much can stop me from using Eliminate. If you run into a boss, I miss my Eliminate or I faint, don't panic and just refresh the page! Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to build my breath back to continue to grind. Just remember to feed me every now and again, I need to be mostly full to keep fighting and I lose hunger as we go! If you don't have enough food to feed me, just message my clan leader for some food. |
