Karsus the Fallen, Karsus the Mad, Karsus the Whisperer... many names for a dragon who has done many things. It dwells in the deepest caverns of the Bramble Court, in the darkest cracks of the world where it can speak to itself in silence. It rarely ascends from the labyrinth of tunnels, and when it does the other inhabitants will usually flee in the other direction, leaving it to wander the caves, rambling to itself.

Outsiders to the court have tried finding out what it has done to warrant such titles and caution. It's a rather small and scrawny dragon after all. But those who know refuse to speak of it, and all questions are left unanswered. Those who are persistent and refuse to let the issue drop find themselves suddenly prone to nightmares, waking up in the middle of the night to see golden eyes staring at them from the dark.
