A nest of fey-like dragons that reside in a dormant volcano.

TABThe dragons of the Bramble Clan have always been a bit... questionable. History claims that the founders were from the nature flight and found the newly formed caldera by accident, choosing to settle there and regrow the land.

TABNo one knows exactly what happened after this, some say they were killed by an eruption, others whisper that they found something in the tunnels that turned them wrong.

TABWhatever the case, the modern inhabitants have a far more unsettling nature than their predecessors, their eyes glowing orange and gold with a strange madness.

TABThe caldera is overgrown by dark brambles and moss, hungry eyes are constantly watching from the lava carved tunnels, and dragons go missing far more often than is comfortable...

The Overgrown Caldera

TABThe Caldera marks the center of the Bramble Clan's territory. It's miles wide and hundreds of feet deep, forming a gaping hole that some have mistaken for a meteor crater. Dark foliage covers most of the black stone, and many Fey and Veilspun dragons have found their home there among the thorns.

The Bramble Court

TABThe earth below the caldera is riddled with maze-like caves and caverns. Some are blooming with vibrant foliage, others drip with strange bio-luminescent fungi, and the deepest ones are filled with simmering hot pools of water and lava. It is here that the more... unsettling members of the clan dwell, hiding from the prying eyes of the surface and going about their dark business.

The Bog

TABThe borders of the clan are filled with volcanic bogs and lowlands. Steam vents erupt from the earth, strange crystalline sulfur formations dot the earth, and bizarre plants twist themselves across the hills. Travellers may pass through on occasion, but none stay for very long.

I accidentally made all my dragons trans because I made up their characters and lore without checking whether they were male or female.

I'm always happy to trade away dragons in "The Bog." I'll take anything interesting in exchange. Not valuable or rare, just interesting!

I can be convinced to trade dragons from my Hibernal Den but I'm more picky about what I get in return for them. Bonus points if you offer something from my wish list.

Silve showed me your lair after purchasing and dressing up Ashwarden and I have to say I agree with everything Silve said :D I love the blend of fire and nature in your lair theme and the aesthetics of your dragons are so wonderful, too!
I was also so happy to see that Tora and Chestnut had a beautiful offspring in the Bog! I saw Tora and was like "wow he is so good~" and then I saw his daughter and was like "wow she is ALSO so good~" & decided I needed to ask about her later. I must have just plain missed her being on the marketplace already while on my tablet, since I noticed immediately when on my PC XD

Hi there! I'd bought a dragon from the Auction House that turned out to be a child (I named her Ashwarden) of your Hickory and Derelict. The mixture of foresty appearance with the Fire flight element made for some fun ideas for her backstory! I took a peek at your lair and the parents to see if there's inspiration there, and I have to say the lore for your lair is REALLY cool! It definitely gives me some ideas for ironing out Ashwarden's background. I haven't been in Flight Rising for years and wasn't much in the habit for recording lore for my dragons, but this gives me good incentive to start-- So thank you for your inspiring ways! <3

Thank you! I've purchased most of my dragons from the auction house so far, actually. But I usually use the search filters to find dragons with colors I like, so I search for all-obsidian ones often x).
