Unpredictable and tempestuous, at first glance Cyclone is the personification of the storm. Wild and untamed. If a passing observer were to catch a glimps of him on his wanderings through the Shattered Plain, it would be easy for them to mistake his form for a thunderstorm. Even from far away his presence stills the air as if in anticipation for the storm to come.

Closer to him, the scent of ozone clings to him, as if lightning itself has been caught beneath his skin. Those that capture his attention feel that sense of anticipation in the surround them. As though Cyclone is always watching for the next moment to strike.

This impression is aided by the constant roiling storm that chases his steps. Should a traveller meet him, they should be wary, for it is said that he brings the storm upon the unwary. That even after he has passed by, you will soon hear the crashing of thunder, will have to run for cover as as the rain batters the dry earth of the Dragonhome desert. Flash floods and lightning are a poor combination when you are out in the open. Worse when there are yet miles to travel to escape.

Cyclone himself cares little for the impressions that others have of him. Cares less whether the tales are true or coincidence. If he were asked, he would say that ever since he was born near the Tempest Spire at the heart of the Shifting Expanse, he has had a connection to lightning. That he felt constrained amongst the factories and wires of the Stormcatchers Domain. That he longed to be free, to be wild, to travel wherever the skies would take him.

If he brings the storm with him as he does, what does it matter?

If he is the storm, why should he care?

He goes where he wills.

He brings ruin, and carnage and life giving rain.

Either join him, or stay out of his way.
