Leadership Roles
King - Position held by the over-all leader/ruler of the Wildshape Clan at large, not tied by any gender. Decided at first by the first King, Cuprite, and then when he passes, one of his children will take the mantle. The King is in charge of all matters of the clan from deciding when to defend their lands and when to run to deciding how much food needs to be preserved for the winter. Queen - Position held by the mate of the current King, not tied to any gender. The Queen is someone who defend and support their King. When the King is unable, the Queen steps in to make decisions and holds just as much authority. The two positions are held in much the same regard and the Queen is often revered as the greatest Healer in the clan.
Advisor - The King/Queen's second hand. This the dragon they turn to when they need to make a hard choice. The dragon in this position is one that often visits with the dragons of the clan to chat and get a feel for their needs/wants/desires so that they can impart that desire to the King and Queen for decision making. Head Diplomat/Spy - This dragon is responsible for organizing the Clan's relationship with other clans. They often spend much of their time writing and receiving letters from neighboring clans. They report directly to the Queen in all matters. They are responsible for information gathering and for creating positive relationships with other clans. They are also responsible for gathering intel on the goings on within the clan as well, to protect the peace.
