The Guild comes across so many wonderous but dangerous artefacts and knowledge, things that are best kept as secrets from the rest of Sornieth. And sometimes also from the Guild itself. But someone has to know everything in case something goes wrong, and that someone is Celena. She is the keeper of the secrets and memories, protecting Sornieth's residents from dangerous knowledge.

There are beings and dragons that want to get to the things she knows, for selfish deeds and perhaps some are just curious. But it's vital that no one finds those secrets, and who is keeping them. So as a cover, Celena just pretends to be a regular librarian at the Guild - altering the memories of those who shouldn't know the truth.

However, even as a capable wizard, Celena must not wander outside of the Guild's Headquarters. Within the walls of the fortress, she is the safest. Shadows creep in every corner, but out there in the open wilderness any beast is able to get their claws on her and the things Celena hides from others.
