a bad omen

No one knows when hatchling appeared in the ruin's enter, but thanks to the kind soul, he escaped the death and was promised a new life in the light blessed grounds.
But this new life brings him a terrible fate- his starfilled scales have told the story of inevitable end to a peacefull life of all the Light residence. His existence caused a panic in the group of dragons that gave him shelter.
The fear, sorrow and constant arguing have planted a seed of anxiety in the litte mind of his, thus slowly growing into a pool of self-doubt in a otherwise bright and cheerfull youngling.
a sage of doom

Living in a lone ruins, a place, where he's been found, Oracle became a hermit, despicing his existince, but still wanting to make a change.
Learning under the guidanse and his own searching of lost texts he found in the ruins, now he knows the meaning of each star and constellation they make on his body. Any of the bad happening are now incrypted in his scales, changing at any moment.
Now he sees every possible wrong outcome. Trying to make it up for the dragons that raised him, now he's only appears to them to warn of their future and never staying to talk.
