Drip... drip....... drip. The sound of water droplets echo off the tiles. The lights flicker overhead, and shadows seem to creep up on the scene. A sound of ragged breathing seems to tingle the air, and one of the shadows moves forward, shifting through the dim lighting to sit in the middle of the small room. Only one of the stark lights shine, and the hue is dull and sickly yellow. The figure's face is bathed in darkness; its tail slithers across the floor and it sits back on its haunches, stretching its neck and head out in anticipation. Then, the sound of a creeking door reverberates through the hollow, empty room. A swift chill breezes past the sillhoute of a dragon, peering cautiously through the doorway. The new dragon's eyes are bloodshot and she pants horrendously as she steps inside. "Hello there... Malice, is it?" The new dragon's tone is professional and concise. The shaded figure sitting in the middle of the empty space nods its head and tips its snout upward ever so slightly. The ugly lighting illuminates the rippling black markings all across its body, and its two deep purple eyes shining through the hazy and inky blackness.

"We've been expecting you, Corrupt..." The figure shifts yet again and the newcomer - an incredibly dark red fae - twitches her wings in suspicion. Her posture is excellent, and she carries a spear attached to her side. She sweeps elegantly into the room and shuts the door silently behind her. Her bloodshot eyes continue to bore into the figure in the center of the room as she deftly removes her iron helmet
