Crocus is well-known for their incredible haggling skills. They won't leave the market until they've found a good deal. They go fairly often since they love trying out new gourmet meals. They grow a few spices like saffron, but there are many ingredients they need to buy. They would love to open a restaurant someday, but they don't feel their cooking is currently up to snuff

Biography

It was the merchant's least favorite day of the week. The day that little Veilspun came to drive them up the wall. They saw the flashes of blue and yellow as they made a ground straight for their stall. Time for the customer service smile and meaningless platitudes as the menace browsed their selection.

As soon as they had set a few items aside, it began. The endless questions and merciless haggling. They went around until the poor merchant finally made a deal that gave them even a bit of profit. As soon as Crocus left, the merchant slumped down, wings drooped. They needed a nap after that. Hopefully they didn't come back until next week.
