NAOTALBA THE HIEROPHANT |▸ “this endlessness unending must become its own incarnate tomb.”
Naotalba is the high priest of Carcosa and the seer for the Yellow Court. Although physically blind, they are gifted with the ability to discern planes beyond their own—including extradimensional realms where time manifests tangibly, enabling them to read and interpret the many diverging threads of fate. They have mapped these planes in shimmering ink and threads of intricate spellwork, an impressively complex model of infinite existences that can be summoned out of an arcane singularity at will. Whether Naotalba has visited any of these planes is up for debate—but occasionally, they seem to know more about them than simple passive observation should allow.
