Brooks was once well-known by the local community for his whip cracking shows that he would put on in the park. That park is where he met his business partner, Bubble. The two buskers hit it off and got to talking about putting together a proper show. A circus! The two, riddled with big ideas, set about gathering talent and resources and soon the Big Top Brigade : Circus and Bazaar was born!
