These underwater predators are most commonly found in coastal waters in all major oceans. It takes 26 years for males to reach sexual maturity while it takes females 33 years to be able to produce offspring. they are considered an apex predator and have no known natural predators besides the orca on occasion.
They are capable of detecting one drop of blood in 25 gallons of water and they have been confirmed to attack humans unprovoked 251 times from 1900-1999. They do not have eye lids so when they attack prey, they roll their eyes back into their head to prevent damage to them. While in their mother's womb they swallow their teeth to utilize and repurpose the calcium in them. They have a gestation period of 11 months.
