Guardian of the Above, and known as the Angel of War. Tilallai is the last line of defense for the Above, and is not called upon unless something absolutely catastrophic happens, for his power is so great that it could destroy many parts of the world if he had to unleash it. Since Tilallai is so rarely called into action, he finds himself having a lot of free time. Occasionally, he will train melee soldiers or mages himself, or host lectures about the Above's history. He is knowledgeable and wise but can't often hold a conversation well.

Tilallai is always discovering new fighting techniques or strategies to teach other dragons. More often than not, it is to ensure that there is always adequate defense against the denizens of the Below. But Tilallai also recognizes the dangers of the Shade and Shade-possessed creatures, and so imparts his knowledge and wisdom to dragons venturing into Shade-touched territory.
