In a flash of bright, glittery light, tucked away on the fluffiest and softest clouds, Astrio was born. She pranced among the white clouds with her lavish and colorful clothing and her pale green eyes that strewn about gusts of a gentle breeze. Astrio was gifted with the power of harnessing rainbows for whatever whimsical needs and impulses she wants to act on, using them both as a mode of transport or as a deadly magic. If one sees a rainbow gracefully towering in the sky, chances are it's Astrio running across them with her good friend Skrunk.

Skrunk appeared out of nowhere in Astrio's domain of clouds and rainbows, sliding down one of her rainbows while Astrio frantically chased after it. She doesn't question the origins of her friend, instead appreciating how they're one of the only dragons that can go along with her whims.
