Litri

A powerful mage with a hyper-specific focus on all spells cold and frosty, Litri is sometimes derided as being "that weird Ice Mage" but she takes great pride in her utter mastery of ice magic. Enjoying colder temperatures, her room in the Arcania Tower is often too chilly for dragons adapted to warmer climates and she keeps a selection of scarves purely to hand out to visitors, partially as a power move in response to frequent requests to warm the place up.

Litri has always had a fascination with all things snowy and frozen, having dreamed of owning an ice castle since she was a hatchling. She studied magic early in the hopes of conjuring her own dream home and countless tutors criticised her for neglecting other elements, trying to push her to experiment with fire or lightning until sticking solely with ice magic became a thrilling act of defiance for her.

Though she partially grew out of the idea of an ice castle and the teachers she rebelled against were eventually replaced by supportive mentors, Litri's devotion to ice magic endured and now she just adores the challenge of working around this self-imposed restriction. In her mind, anyone asking her to use a different flavour of spell just doesn't understand that figuring out how to accomplish something with ONLY ice is much more exciting. Working with this limitation has resulted in the construction of various elaborate devices, though she remains fairly oblivious to her rising skill in this area and doesn't understand where many of the Tower's residents are getting this "practically half inventor" thing from.

Beyond her love of ice magic, Litri is an upbeat and energetic dragon who doesn't seem to let anything dampen her spirits for long. She often sings or hums little tunes while she works and always notices when an object makes a melodic sound.

The only thing Litri doesn't bounce back from quickly is high heat and she's been known to lie on the floor for hours if she's had to endure hot temperatures for more than a few minutes. Asking her to do anything during this time usually gets met with "Can't. Puddle time."
