____An aspiring young mage, Sybil has spent most of her early years attempting to hunt down the elusive spiral known as Lavender, and her cart of mysterious wares, so that she may learn from her well-traveled lifetime. While she's only crossed paths once before, she was shocked to learn the elder dragon had born a son named Nightsong, who resides permanently in Ash Haven, and decided instead to locate this equally mysterious being first.

____It was a complete shock, to say the least, when she finally made it to Ash Haven and the encampment's guards easily pointed Sybil in his direction. An overly gaudy tent was set up near one of the entrances, where a deep-purple spiral made a show of his sleight of hand to passersby in the hopes to drawn in a paying customer. Before she could even get a word out, he suddenly gestured a ring-adorned set of claws, and a shiny orb appeared in his grasp. He began to gaze deeply into it with vibrant, fiery eyes, and proclaimed with a hiss, "You are ssseeking sssomeone?" Sybil rolled her eyes and nodded, wondering how much of his "magic" was just an elaborate act, or was he truly comparable to his mother?
