Metel

Back on the Starfall Isles, as a hatchling Metel was enchanted by tales of harsh battles and struggles for survival in the Scarred Wasteland, secretly wishing amidst his strictly-academic nestmates that he could see them. Having joined up with Colette Enterprises so as to travel the world, the first stop they made back in Cath's territory for one of Colette's checkups has made something of an impression on the young Coatl.

Metel's made firm friends amongst the younger and less religious generation of the clan, and he's been allowed a vacation in the clan territory until the airship is ready to fly again. Right now, the only thing on Metel's mind is whether or not he can stop Kisthe and Thex initiating a full-on revolution, at least until he's absolutely clear of the danger zone.

Hoard: Idahadi and Colette require that their employees travel light, so Metel has chosen to express some of the same rebellious spirit that infuses Kisthe and carry lightbulbs around with him. Colette tolerates it on the grounds that it is amusing, and that it annoys Idahadi.
