DDRegardless, clearing up her status or addressing the circumstances of her family really isn't something that Crafty is interested in at the moment. Rather, the boss spends most of her time operating within the Silver Market, a place that the Craftwood family previously had no hand in. Running the lowest floor of the Silver Market, Crafty has managed to get every family under her thumb and listening to every word she says. And she managed to do this through the Death Rings. The Death Rings of the Silver Market were first started through traditional fighting matches, fighting matches that were still shady by all means, but not to the extent that have reached today. Having piqued her interest, Crafty began to invest into this fight show after easily climbing the ranks herself. After taking over the arrangement and making it into a proper organization, the fights got fiercer, bloodier, and much easier to rid dragons through.
DDCrafty pays no mind to the reason why a dragon may be entered into these rings, though. She only cares if they can fight. After all, if a dragon can provide an entertaining match, that just leaves more money in her hands. Most days, Crafty spends her time in these Death Rings picking and choosing different fighters to be under her care-- and getting a bet from Crafty herself is seen as both a blessing and a curse within the ring. She's meticulous about her playing cards to the point that if something fails, she'll finish off the dragon herself. But more often than not, they don't fail. Her most notorious fighters are the "Orca" and "Craftwood Ring Dog", two vicious players who are known for killing opponents throughout their many tournaments. Being put against one of these two is an assured death sentence-- but people pile in to see the fights regardless.
DDAs of late, the Death Rings has been growing in popularity among the wealthy. With Crafty bringing in rarer and rarer prizes, many across Sornieth has caught wind of this ring and have decided to make their own bets with their own fighters. To some, this popularity is becoming concerning, but to others, they see it as a calculative move from the woman. The Silver Market has never been a home for the self-righteous, and the Craftwood family has never been known to cater to mindless wealth. One has to wonder when everything will fall through.

"The Silver Mistress of the old crown." ╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯ DDThe Family name of Craftwood is one that is often associated with power. Whether it's good or bad power depends on who you ask. Based mostly in the Gabbro, the Craftwood family has existed alongside the Clan of Phrauge and the Reptid Sects since the beginning. Despite this, very little is actually known about the Craftwood family. DDSimply using "Craftwood" or "Crafty" as her identifier, Crafty is currently the only publicly known Craftwood that has shown her face in the last two hundred years. As a Boss of the Silver Market, she upholds the Craftwood's strict and aggressive reputation, but no one actually knows who she is within the family. DDAfter being married to Patriarch Feir for five years, many believe her to be the eldest daughter of the family at present. But, with how much freedom she seems to have, and after marrying Camir Moreno for another rushed five years-- some believe she may be the Matriarch. Though, with so little information on her family, there's no way to tell. |
