Originally hailing from the Starfall Isles, Shiver and Hypnos moved to Dragonhome to research the natural properties of the crystals growing there. On a regular report back to the Observatory, they were present when the Astrolab descended to Sornieth and witnessed a small pod fall separately from the main body of the facility. Making excuses to leave, they rushed back to Dragonhome where it had crashed just North of the Parched Canyonwalks.
After helping the four freshly crash-landed aethers adjust to life on Sornieth, the two of them began an independent study into the biology of aethers and how they were affected by their time in space. Soon, they found a way to change their own physiology, their Arcane heritage making the process much smoother than expected. Eventually, they found a safe way to extend this transformation to dragons of other flights. 		150x250.png //
