Baxter's name isn't well known, but that doesn't mean he isn't. He's often looming around, watching everyone and everything, rumors have been spread that he was gifted with sight beyond other dragon's comprehension. Diamant is the only dragon ever publicly seen talking to him in a casual matter. The sight of him is enough to make most turn away in fear. The fact he's also never been seen using an elemental attack has also spread the rumor that he isn't even a dragon.
