 A quiet, soft spoken tradesman, "Emissary" is only known by the name of his trade. He refuses to enter the Oasis proper, and won't get within 100 yards of any entrance. A nomad by nature, he serves to ostensibly smuggle Renegade into ports and harbors to sell for the clan.

A conman and thief, 'Emmisary' is quite the pickpocket, often lifting small coin pouches, watches, and small trinkets off of unsuspecting travelers while passing through a port. Unfortunately for him, that's exactly how he met Renegade. An attempt to lift a small gem off of her jewelry, which got him quite the lashing, as he wasn't quite as sly as he had intended.

The Guardian however, despite her fury, found it to be quite amusing. And they quickly struck a bargain. He helps get her into popular commuter hubs unnoticed, and able to sell. While he gets a small cut of the profits... And his head remains attached.
