LIGHTSOUL
Replicate > ??? > ??? |
QUICK LOOK Lightsoul was taken captive by the Organization very early in her life. A while into that captivity, she began to see a dragon who she dubbed Spirit. After years had gone by the two managed to escape, and began to wander. But all was not yet right, for as time went on Spirit grew more and more aggressive, calling frequently for fighting and violence, even when it was completely unnecessary. Eventually, though, they found a clan that seemed peaceful enough, and decided to settle down. This is where they reside even now, watching over the clan and defending it from potential dangers. |

LORE Lightsoul never knew her birth clan. Early into her life she was found and taken captive by the Organization, who wanted nothing more than to turn her into a replica of a dragon she never even knew. As years went by, Lightsoul’s sanity started slowly slipping away. They were tired, hungry, hurt, and lonely. But they wouldn’t be lonely for much longer. It started with just a voice in the back of her mind, whispering anything and everything to her. But the voice grew louder, and soon it had a body to go with it. This dragon never gave Lightsoul a name, or much history; just that they had died in these experiments, years ago. Of course, there was no way to verify this, but Lightsoul was desperate for company. She began to call them Spirit. With Spirit’s aid, Lightsoul managed to escape the Organization, and the two began to wander. But, soon after their freedom, Spirit began to change. They began to grow more cruel, pestering and annoying Lightsoul. They would tell her to start fights, and cause violence, even in the calmest, most peaceful scenarios. They would get her to go on hunts, looking for opponents to fight. After years of travel, they came across a village. This wasn’t the first village they’d seen, of course, but it was the first one they liked. Spirit, of course, still called for violence, but for once they were denied. Lightsoul liked this place; it was peaceful, and quiet. The residents were kind and respectful, asking no questions. And so they stayed. They set up a little den on the outskirts of the village. They rarely interacted with anyone else, but they were at peace there. It was nice. Spirit still requested excursions to find fights, but even they grew a bit quieter, and stopped wanting to fight everyone in the village. Of course, Lightsoul’s story isn’t over. Far from it. But this chapter, at least, seems to have come to a close. |
