Biography

Rastaban's Logbook wrote:
Progress is coming along slowly, digging lair space is long work, but I've managed to dig a chamber large enough that more than just me can fit in here. There was a massive storm earlier today. I had heard that the storms around here were fierce, and made worse by the energies coursing through the realm, but I've never seen one so fierce before...
The storm raged, and all Rastaban could do was watch. He was still tired from carving out the space he currently sat in, and for now was content with his work so far. He was shocked to see the ferocity of the storm. The rain was a constant heavy downpour, and Rastaban was surprised that he could see much of anything outside. Granted, the entrance to his lair was rather high up. Arcs of pure arcane energy coursed through the sky, giving a spectacle not unlike those seen on the coast of the Shifting Expanse. Rastaban laid his head down and tried to sleep, but just as he closed his eyes, he thought he could discern the sound of footsteps. He opened his eyes and thought he could discern a silhouette of a dragon at the mouth of the lair. "Who's there?" he asked. While no words were said, the silhouette seemed to approach. Rastaban felt a a stab of worry, but this quickly subsided as the silhouette was made clearer. It was a female Tundra, and a massively drenched one at that. Rastaban looked at her fur, it was mainly red with a darker red pattern around parts of her body. Her wings were purple, and a line of purple fur of the same color went down her back. She looked weak; her legs were shaking and she clearly could barely stand. This Tundra was clearly not alright, and maybe she was injured. She took a step forward, seemed to mouth some kind of ask for help, before she collapsed. Rastaban ran forward to catch her before she hit the cold stone floor. He let her rest her head on his arms and he carried her deeper into the chamber. He decided not to let sleep take him while she rested.
By the time the clouds broke, the sun had long since risen and was halfway between the horizon and overhead. Rastaban had left the sleeping Tundra alone while he went out to gather food. When he came back, he was relieved to see her awake. "Oh good, I wasn't sure if you were passed out or dead," he said.
"What- what happened?" The Tundra seemed confused as to how she got here. Rastaban elected not to blame this on the forgetfulness of Tundras, instead believing that perhaps her head had been injured while she was in the storm.
"You were caught out in the storm last night, you barely made it into my cave before you passed out," he explained.
"Oh," the Tundra responded, "I'm sorry for intruding into your lair."
Rastaban quickly disproved this line of thinking of hers by saying, "Nonsense. You were stuck out in the storm and needed shelter, I wouldn't deny that of someone I just met. Speaking of which, my name is Rastaban."
The Tundra blinked, "My name is Eltanin. Thank you for allowing me to stay... Although, if I may ask, could I... live with you? My clan has been dispersed."
Rastaban didn't question why this was. Instead, he was simply happy that he had already found someone willing to form a clan with him. "Of course."

Eltanin can best be described as carefree and easygoing. She is often found busying herself with mundane tasks around the lair, out of the way of most of her clanmates. If she is seen with anyone else, it is most likely Rastaban.
Quotes(locations in bullets):
“Oh! This necklace was a gift from Rastaban! He’s such a kind-hearted dragon. I believe he found the necklace in a chest he found while he was out gathering. He said the color reminded him of me and that he wanted me to have it."
