Biography
Vessel
He/They/It | Member | Undead (technically? Like if you think about it?)
Mate: N/A
Have you ever been born shade-possessed before? It's not a fun experience I don't recommend it.
To everyone else, Vessel comes across as a snooty, absolute menace of a dragon, being a smug shade feeling very happy about itself for duping all these stupid mortal dragons into thinking It, Too, is a stupid mortal dragon.
When in reality it's a superior shade and you will be aware of this. Die. Perish.
Also kind of Calis's adopted child. Ish. And Vessel takes great enjoyment in making this a bad thing for Calis
On the inside, though... Vessel is essentially an almost fully shade-controlled dragon. Born of shade and a mortal dragon, it's kinda left him as a mess.
He's basically two beings in one, but the conscience of the living half of him is shoved so far under by the shade controlling him that it practically doesn't exist. Unfortunately, however, it does exist, and makes himself known whenever physically possible.
The shade portion of him is not a huge fan of this, and constantly wrestles to repress him, trying to maintain full control over the body so it can later keep spreading - be that through further propagation or whatever other means it can think of.
In a complicated sort of way, Vessel's mind is constantly being killed and revived by the shade. Killed so the shade can keep control, but revived again so the host isn't completely killed off, thus forcing the shade to hop onto another host (or perish).
Essentially neither entity controlling this body is too happy about the circumstances they're in.
