Flavros doesn't exist in the eyes of the Incompetence members. I mean that literally. The only dragons that can see and are aware of him are Calistrival and Estir, the latter of which was his guide here.
He doesn't actually show up on the shore for... a LONG time, though. First he had to go get lost in transit for a few years.
Flavros was dropped off in a decimated port town a couple'a years ago and told to watch over an "annoying musical pearlcatcher" to make sure he "actually holds up his part of the deal this time." When Flavros got there, however, he took one good look around the place - casually stepping over dead bodies - and came to a slow realization that Hmmm.
It does not look like that pearlcatcher is here.
He was supposed to be. This is where he was told to meet him.
But it seems like the little menace had the audacity to Flee.
Well. Time to go searching, ig
