The party was turning out to be a blast - Mir was definitely having the time of his life! Even when his spiral friends shoo'd him away so he'd stop encouraging the noctures oncoming food coma, he quickly found new interesting things to occupy himself with. Leaving his trusted companion dog with his friends, he turned his head towards the crowd. One such thing was going to be getting close to the stage and enjoying music with clumsy, yet spirited dancing.

Dragons kept coming onto the stage, singing along with the band and joining their instrumental ensemble. Then the whole crowd cheered and loudly sang along with popular songs, Vaerimir included, just for another guest to join in a solo right after. He was LOVING it! This was EXACTLY what a party was all about!

As he kept jumping into dances with strangers, something unusual caught his eye. There she was, his sister! And what's that? A spiral he'd seen in passing... hitting on her? That must be it! He must be inviting Misi to a dance! And it didn't look like she was against his company! Oh, what an older brother he'd be if he didn't try to help by encouraging them!

Inspired by the passionate performance of a skydancer, he also knew what he had to do! Mir had no sense for playing any instruments, but he had the pipes! He could sing! And that's exactly what he was gonna do. Waiting for the ongoing song to conclude, he was ready to get on stage next.

Misi had not noticed him there yet, whispering with the band. But the second Mirs voice echoed through the crowd; she knew he had a death wish. Mir wasn't the kind of dragon who'd get on stage unless he was ready to do something stupid. Her focus gone from the conversation she was having with Corvus, now fixated on her brother to see how long he's got left to live.

"How's everyone doing tonight?!" he exclaimed, barely able to contain the grin on his face. Vaerimir had no skill for speeches or anything of the sort. But he had to do it for his sister! His only saving grace was having no concept of shame nor stage fright, simply 'winging it'.

"Here's to another upbeat tune!! Grab a partner and be sure to dance along, this one's gonna be a doozy! Especially you, sist-" Mir froze mid-motion, seeing his sisters murderous glare and gestures of 'cut it out immediately' which, unlike most of her complaining, meant she will seriously kill him. Oops. Looks like he misunderstood. Good thing he was a hunter, able to quickly think and adapt. Taking in a quick breath to justify the pause, he pointed at the sky and finished his yell with "-EEEEERSSS!!"

Thank god there were no spotlights involved! It didn't seem like most dragons in the crowd reacted to his blunder, and the cheerful melody of his requested song was performed in full swing; accompanied by Mirs average, yet competent enough singing skills. He wasn't one to halfbake his efforts, putting in as much effort as possible.

Inbetween the musical chorus he took a nervous glance at Misi, pleasantly surprised that she had in fact joined the crowd in dancing alongside her newfound spiral friend. At least Mir had half the mind to pick a classic party song that's easy to dance to, rather than some romantic ballad requiring a slow dance. Well, not that he had half the mind for it as much as he personally didn't like slow music as much as the next guy. This wildclaw needed energy in everything, including music!

Seeing his sister having a good time put yet another grin on his face, letting him continue the song with no worries.
