Dragon Report 
Tempestracer was born into a decently large mixed family, which consisted of Nocturnes and Obelisks. Due to his oddly coppery look and sheen, paired with him being a primal, he was held to a personally uncomfortable standard by his family. Treated as a prodigy, treated better than his other siblings by the slightest bit, he grew up pampered but under pressure, which shaped him the way his parents didn't want. When he came of age, and his education was finished, he was sent off to work underneath the Stormcatcher himself, though only started off as a lowly newbie, which didn't earn so much as an acknowledgement for a short while He made many friends during his time there and made many fond memories, though there have been more than enough workplace incidents that he wishes he could forget. However, he quickly climbed the ranks until he served next to the deity himself, being used to working under massive pressure due to his upbringing. He does feel that he has lost some of his hearing however… he has to ask people to speak up a lot. That was one thing he always hated when working as one of the highest ranking dragons, all the bellowing from Boss. When he was able to sneak away, the high ranking Nocturne had shown himself to be an artisan on par with the harpies, though it wasn't so much as painting was his forte as sculpting was. As such, out of devotion to Stormcatcher, he made a sandstone sculpture of him that had copper on it for induction, and commissioned a magician to bring it to life as his familiar. He was able to bring it along with him, but it could never leave his side, lest he feared something would happen to him. One day though, he was called up by the boss to discuss something "important." What it turned out to be was an offer to turn Tempestracer into something that intrigued him so badly it made him look stupid– to make him a sort of "progeny" of Stormcatcher, but not really, you know? Tempest blindly accepted out of sheer excitement that he never listened to anything further, and thus made himself ignorant to what it changed him into. Upon the realization, Tempestracer screamed and regretted the decision immediately, not being able to live in this place– this flight– himself anymore. He packed his bags as much as he could, somehow immediately knowing how to work around these mantis-y looking arms, and ran from the flight under the cover of darkness without a word. Nobody saw him after going up to where Stormcatcher resided, either. He found himself wandering through the Sunbeam Ruins for a while, bartering and trading for essentials and anything that piqued his interest, and teaching himself how to really hunt. His trek eventually took himself to Shadowbinders domain, the Tangled Wood, which he was initially very wary of due to the flight's reputation, but he guessed it was leagues better than meandering through the Scarred Wastelands. No offense, but the place just looks gross to him. He headed toward the brightest place he could see, which was Wispwillow Grove, and met Wyrmwood, who was courteous the entire interaction, not to mention very nice. Upon her offering for him to join her clan, he gratefully accepted, though perhaps without as much enthusiasm as he had with the last deal… Tempestracer joined Clan Darkslink and settled down immediately after carving out his own pocket in the Nocturne-made location. He changed his name, settled on being the clan's artisan and scroll keeper, and came to terms with his new body, though now lives fraught with paranoia and anxiety about what would happen if his co-workers from Tempest Spire found him. What would happen. The possible repercussions. He's managing, though, and has made many friends in his new clan. Maybe the Shadow flight wasn't as bad as he thought. Recent Activity
