..........The Water flight is revered in the Wavecrest Saturnalia every April. During this time, one can trade Giant Sand Dollars, obtained through a variety of means, for any of a wide array of flight-specific merchandise at Joxar's Festive Favors in the Grand Exchange. These items are only available during this time and some of the stock cycles with each iteration of the event, resulting in some older merchandise being seen as rare and covetous.
