Biography
Astrapi's chief representative and, not coincidentally, one of its most effective and brutal warriors.
Tarvek is everything lightning should be- fast, flashy, loud, and powerful. He strikes without apologies or explanations. He knows where to hit for the most devastating effect, and generally knows this well before anyone else does. It's not that he's never been defeated or failed; it's that the only actual impact he took from such things was how to be better.
He's not the best-liked member of the clan, but he's actually not a bad guy if you can take his insufferable self-confidence. He'd rather die than let his wingmates down, and he does use his considerable power for the clan first rather than self-aggrandizement. (He believes he does not need to buff his own image as it is self-buffing. The hell of it is, he's right.)
He and a few others split duties as diplomats to other clans depending on the impression Heterodyne wants to make. Tarvek can be relied on for a clear message of self-assured strength.
