Stubborn fellow, Buckwheat has plenty of attitude to spare. He enjoys freedom and has a complicated relationship with figures of authority. His own mother got a fair share of his rebellion, though her equally feisty personality quickly put him in his place. Now that he has left the nest, his hunger for doing whatever he wants knows no bounds.

His great grandmother, Princess Baize, has caught wind of his ambition and invited him to her side to learn the inner workings of court politics.
