Clara

It was Christmastime, as all of the dragons in Clan Redgrove were getting ready for the holidays. Appalachia and Krezal were helping the hatchlings decorate the huge offshoot of the Behemoth growing in the middle of the main chamber, Paurous and Vecna were wrapping presents for everyone, and Flicker was outside, gathering pinecones and other things to spruce up the rest of the den.

The tiny, leaf green Fae shot through the air, weaving between the snow-covered trees and snatching pinecones from the ground when he heard someone else nearby. Flicker then saw who it was: a rust-colored Spiral dragon with mint-green wings, they were hovering near the ground, making some lovely ornaments from parts of the spruce trees around her. Curious, he fluttered over to her.

"Oh! Why, hello there!" the red Spiral greeted him with a wave. "Might I ask what your name is?"

"My name is Flicker, and WOW-" he points excitedly at the ornaments. "those are lovely! Did you make all of those?"

"I did! I don't have a clan to celebrate the holidays with, so I just make them and decorate the trees in the forest instead." You could almost see the lightbulb click on above Flicker's head.

"Hey, wait a minute, um, whatever your name is, you could come to my clan! We're actually getting ready for the holidays, I'm sure Paurous and Vecna would let you stay for as long as you'd like."

"It's Clara, that's my name, and-" she smiled at him. "that would be amazing! I'd be happy to share some holiday cheer with your clan." Together, the two dragons set off back towards Redgrove Forest, ready to celebrate the holidays with everyone.
