This here is a rough guide of how to stat your dragon optimally for each level/venue. You'll find you'll alter it for special builds after L21ish but its a great guide to get you started levelling your own dragons.
Ignore all stats except STR and QUICK (or INT and QUICK for mages)!
For mages you can follow the guide but upgrade INT instead of STR.
For mages add Acuity fragments and Scholars instead of Might and Berserkers.

Suggested build for Wind Dragons :
1. They make great Harpy's Roost trainers -> Equip Battlestone Eliminate. Roosters also can double train in Crystal Pools and Boreal Woods!
2. Wind dragons also make great mages -> Equip Battlestone Disorient & put points into INT (not STR). You will need a second dragon as the physical attacker (tank) though.
