Cenci is the Spokesperson for the Crown, and is usually the bearer of bad news. He delivers everything with a smile, warm and almost-parental, even as the crowd riots before him.

Like his mate, Bugatti, Cenci has quite the sadistic streak, and privately delights in delivering Vasari's harsh messages to an anxious crowd. He lacks any fighting skill of his own, but feels safe knowing that Bugatti will deal with the inevitable protests.

Cenci and Bugatti met when they were young; as a mercenary, Bugatti was sent to kill Cenci's father, only to find Cenci had beat him to it. Fascinated and wary of each other, the two spent a lot of time with each other and together climbed the ranks to their current positions.
