Virulent Brood | Warrior | Trigger-happy
she/her | cishet

___plaguev2.png
Adorned with a skull matching that of her twin, Putrid's dark eyes and even darker personality perfectly fits within the Virulent Brood. A powerful well of Plague energy surges beneath the surface of her skin, which Putrid uses skillfully in battle. Agile on foot and shockingly quick considering her usual uneven gait, she runs circles about her prey before casting a barrage of crimson shards of Plague magic, shredding her opponent to pieces. Surprisingly, Putrid's personality is that of a ditzy, bubbly girl. Her high-pitched, squeak-sounding voice combined with her enthusiasm over disemboweling her enemies is enough to make larger dragons rightfully squeamish. She has a close bond with her sibling, Fetid, and though the two don't spend their time connected at the hip, they retain a deep understanding and kinship with one another.

Putrid and Fetid resemble a normal dragon at first glance, but upon further inspection, some rather unsightly details come to light. Referred to by other Flights as a "Zombie", she and her sibling's corpses were imbued with powerful Plague magics and reanimated to serve Plaguebringer's will. Putrid doesn't remember her previous "life" - and refuses to even entertain the subject, as she considers herself now to be her true form. Like Scums, she's convinced entirely that she is meant to embrace her gift from her deity, and spread her influence outwards. She's more or less satisfied with her apparent purpose for existence, and readily follows Nyctophobia's leadership. To what bounds she'll follow said leadership is unclear, but Putrid happily states that she'll due anything that's just in the eyes of Plaguebringer. Besides giggling as she splatters enemies across the ground, Putrid doesn't mind indulging in the spoils of her efforts, and can often be found aside Yaasai, squabbling for the best pickings of a fresh (or not so fresh) corpse.

NYCTOPHOBIA______
Vultur's affair with Phobi is a manipulative arms race. Both are convinced of their power over the other. It's unlikely that they hold any real affection towards eachother.

OAMLLYA______
Vultur's loyal and trusted scout, always perched atop her shoulder. She turns a blind eye to his immoral doings as long as the Guild prospers.

ARROWHEAD____
Vultur's protégé and personal attendant. Taken in as a hatchling, the stunted Imperial does any and all things the Mirror commands.

FAMILIAR__________________________________________
Vultur's favored familiar is a Flesh Forager. Vultur has gone though several birds in her time as Guildmaster of Emperor's Bane, the current of which being named Carrion. Her packs used to raise the raptors to assist in hunting and sending messages, a tradition that Vultur alone maintains. She buys the trained familiars from a respectable falconer settled on Rotrock Rim, taking the journey herself on foot. Carrion is extremely well-trained, able to follow his dragon's complex orders to assist with Field Division work - and also has no qualms with attacking on command. As Vultur directs her troops on the ground, Carrion circles above her, giving the Mirror an extra set of eagle-eyes.
