Friendly, calculating, smooth-talking salesman who travels the edges of Terrathorn Town with a wooden handcart. He has a skin condition that has caused strange callouses to develop on his limbs. While not contagious, other dragons tend to gawk when they see it, so Sakon prefers to set up camp out of sight of others. He suspects the pungent odor that follows him may come from his callouses, but he isn't sure.

He isn't completely alone – Sakon has a pair of pet Sunrise Troodos (named Pick and Pocket), though he typically doesn't interact with them during the daytime business hours. He trained them to work as a duo to rob passersby: one performs as a distraction while the other noses through baggage to swipe any shiny object loose enough to run off with. They pilfer these possessions with such speed and stealth that a victim might believe it's the work of a single, lightning-fast Troodo, if they discover they've been robbed before too long.

The pair returns to the cave where Sakon currently lives to store the stolen items. Sakon appraises them at night before he sleeps, then sets out the next day with the items up for sale, usually for an inflated price. He doesn't mind bartering, but if a customer gets belligerent, he removes his arm wraps and gears up for a physical fight.

The intimidation usually works, thankfully – Sakon isn't that strong and relies on his natural traits such as large size, talons, and back spines to carry him in combat. If his foe has some nasty weapons onhand, or if he ends up taking hard enough blows, he's fairly quick to back down. Having grown up in the Plaguelands where survival is everything, his lack of fighting prowess is a point of embarrassment for him.
