Betwixt dew laden leaves, and gently blooming flowers, an ephemeral being rests. Chest rising, then falling in a steady motion - a glittering tufted tail dipping into the the pooling water that encircled her sleeping form. Nestled in the junction of her gossamer wings laid a shimmering crescent moon, as luminous as the one rising ahead.

Outside of this unnatural Elysium, twin drakes of brighter colours sat, regarding their sleeping kin. One, a taller, bulkier skydancer ruffled their sunset hued wings impatiently,
