Zancon

Uh-oh, looks like this curious little fae wandered a little too far from his home lair (CalamGlitToes), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful!

Zancon was born from a single egg by his parents, the clan founders, with all but one of his other siblings having been exalted. Curious to see the rest of Sornieth, and how other clans do things, Zancon wandered off on his own to explore the world.

On his first venture outside of his home, Zancon came across Crow Callers. It was a rather large clan with a wide variety of dragons, and though he enjoyed his stay, he was also fairly overwhelmed. He moved on shortly afterwards.

Zancon found himself at a forest and came across to a kingdom. He decided to explore the kingdom because I had never been in a kingdom before. Then, He saw the River Inn and wanted to stay there for a bit. He came in and the female orange aether came out from the room. He had found out the aether name is Chinko and she is the owner of River Inn. He surpise that he is the third visitor that stay in River Inn. He stay there a few days and he enjoy his time there. But, it was his time to keep on exploring the world more.

Zancon came across a clan that lived inside a mountain. He was, at first, astonished at how a Light-aligned clan could live away from the sun. He then became interested in the strange architecture of the mountain. After an in-depth investigation of the mountain's structure and then a few interviews with the clan members, he came to understand that the mountain was kept from caving in by ancient magic. Investigation completed, he was about to leave the lair before he heard strange whispers of this place called the Abyss. Ever curious, he set out to find this place but has remained unsuccessful. Maybe another clan knew the answer.

The next clan Zancon arrived at was a small garden grove, tucked into the corner of the Mirrorlight Promenade. He'd never seen a place like this before - the sky was perpetually night-time, but yet the flowers and trees still grew and bloomed like they were in full daylight. Zancon, curious to learn more about this place, talked with Cygnus, the patriarch of the clan, and learnt more about the ancient magic of the clan supplying the energy to allow the flowers and trees here to grow.

But even Cygnus didn't know much about the magic, and while he told Zancon everything he knew, Cygnus himself was young and wasn't able to help him much with his questions. Zancon left still with many questions - but he had felt a strange eerie feeling come over him as he'd left. The clan had seemed friendly and lovely, but the mystery of the magic there seemed like something he shouldn't have asked about...

Passing through the Windswept Plateau, Zancon visited his home clan, where he regaled his clanmates with stories of his adventures. While it was nice to visit home for a while, he soon headed off, as there was still more places in Sornieth he hadn't been yet.
