A somewhat-mad scientist; exiled from the main workshops of the Tempest Spire. Now in hiding, Sioris found his way to a Harpy Roost to carry out his experiments. The other inhabitant of the Harpy Roost, Sulor, has been kind enough to allow Sioris to share his dwelling. Sioris is quite curious about Sulor's "studies," but doesn't dare ask.
