Kyan

Kyan, Iri and Anorith were adopted by Slick when they were young, having been put up for adoption at the auction house and all but abandoned.

Kyan and Iri were from the same clutch at a breeders, while Anorith had actually been adopted by THEIR owners as a sort of back up mate.

A clan raid destroyed their previous home shortly after Anorith came into their lives and ever since Kyan has held a sort of grudge against him as though it were his fault. She has no desire to protect him unless true harm might come to him (and unless Iri requests it of her).

Ever since their troubled childhood where they heard nothing about how much they were to be bred, valued for nothing other than the colour of their skins and the ofspring they might produce, Kyan has been extremely protective of little Iri, taking her as her Charge, who in return gifted her the prettiest and most helpful friend she could find; Cheek.

Because she is covered almost head to toe in crystal, Kyan has a had time with some fine motor control, and thus Cheek comes in to help with picking up items and cleaning her crystal scales and occasionally helping her eat smaller foods like shellfish and bugs.

Kyan has an ambivalent attitude towards Slick, who maintains a respectful distance unless to offer advice or such.
