0 ; the fool the fool is numbered 0 – the number of unlimited potential – and so does not have a specific place in the sequence of the tarot cards. the fool can be placed either at the beginning of the major arcana or at the end. the major arcana is often considered the fool’s journey through life and as such, he is ever present and therefore needs no number. a young man stands on the edge of a cliff, without a care in the world, as he sets out on a new adventure. he is gazing upwards toward the sky and is seemingly unaware that he is about to skip off a precipice into the unknown. over his shoulder rests a modest knapsack containing everything he needs. the white rose in his left hand represents his purity and innocence. at his feet is a small white dog, representing loyalty and protection, that encourages him to charge forward and learn the lessons he came to learn. the mountains behind the fool symbolize the challenges yet to come. they are forever present, but the fool doesn’t care about them right now; he’s more focused on starting his expedition.

major arcana dragons: faq + notes
welcome! this is my major arcana dragon series. everyone's bio is being updated currently with the dragon's pronouns, but assume each dragon also goes by whatever they're marked as unless their bio notes otherwise.
oh is this a fandragon of ... ?
no. each dragon is only representative of their tarot card, which is in their bio and broadcast. if it manages to be in neither, ignore the dragon entirely for fandragon threads.
they are only tarot fandragons. the iktr will never go up if you misidentify the dragon as another thing.
were these all planned?
nope: most of these dragons were saved from fodder floor, and i don't think i spent more than 10g/kt on a single dragon here, besides apparel. some were free from the plague flight discord, some i just had in my lair and gave a new role.
how did you decide what card each dragon was?
vibes, or i simply had a piece of apparel in mind that i wanted to use. sometimes, i just knew a pose would work, and i sought out a dragon for that. 99% percent of the time i was just scrolling the AH, said "ooo! this has [tarot] vibes!" and bought it. i don't remember a lot of flight rising lore regarding each species personality. some fit, some don't.
will you do minor arcana?
if i did, probably only the face cards. i don't have the energy to do more.
what's with the names of the dragons? why aren't they named their tarot cards?
Lack of spaces in Flight Rising dragon names (I didn't like WheelOfFortune as a name, basically), as well as the want to make lore for these dragons separate from the rest of my lore and the fact that i thought each dragon should be more than just their arcana, like in persona!
what's missing?
as of 11/01/22, each major arcana has a dragon! at this point, i just need to finish outfits.
bio + tarot pixel credit?
just in case any credits get deleted in me rearranging stuff, the bios are by necramancy, and the tarot sprite cards are by king-lulu-deer!
do you have any other neat facts you'd like to share?
Lune & Arx are the parents of my Mishima Yuuki fandragon! Mishima is The Moon confidant wise, and Arx was just decided to be the dad because he also had the right colors :) Other than that, I don't plan on breeding any of my tarot dragons unless breeded before the project.
