Vrael

Vrael was born and raised in the Stormcatcher's territory, yet when he began searching for his Charge, he felt pulled beyond the borders of the Shifting Expanse. He was loath to leave his homeland, but he had to find his Charge. Vrael decided, then, to become an ambassador, working to better the quality of life for those in his Flight. After long amounts of training, Vrael set foot into the Sunbeam Ruins, leaving his birthplace for the first time in his life. Vrael made many friends on his journey, including a Strangler named Belgabad. Eventually, though, he arrived at the Gladekeeper's realm. When he first laid his eyes on Loughlin, he knew that he had found his Charge at last. Vrael is now an ambassador to Fírnen's clan on behalf of the Lightning flight permanently. Though at first he was disconcerted at the sheer amount of life in the forests, so different from the deserts of his home, he soon realized that these plants could help those of his birthplace. Vrael now travels back and forth between the Shifting Expanse and the Viridian Labyrinth, carrying messages and often some hardy seeds back to his homeland. Those in the Lightning lands are grateful for this, as these plants often bear large amounts of food, a scarcity in the deserts.
