Plague elemental

Generally looks quite sickly due to the fact she collects pathogens of all kinds like pets. She isn't actually sick, but the look keeps other, weaker organisms away from her- ones which would surely die upon coming into contact with her.

Abilities: control over pathogens. She can put them into an organism, extract them from an organism, propagate them so they produce metabolites, including mutagenic agents to mutate existing pathogens and create new ones artificially
